The Basic tier uses the personal or business requirements described under Account Types. Complete the relevant account details and document requirements to qualify.

Your account must have successfully passed the Basic tier before it can be reviewed for Standard verification.
For a personal account, the proof-of-address document must show the account holder's name. For a business account, it must show the registered business name.

Business accounts must provide tax returns and may be asked for invoices or other supporting income records. Personal accounts may provide an employment letter, payslip, or invoice where applicable.
