Overview

Account types determine the capabilities, verification requirements, and payment features available to you.

TricsoftPay provides two account types: Personal and Business accounts.

Personal accounts are intended for individuals or businesses without a formal organisational structure and complete business documentation.

Business accounts are intended for formally registered organisations with supporting business documentation.

Personal information must be provided before submitting an identity document.

Ensure that the submitted personal details match the selected identity document.

Business accounts require owner information as well as formal business information and documents.

Owner details: personal information, contact information, and address.
Owner document: passport, National ID, or driving licence.
Business details.
Business documents: business licence, trading licence, shareholding structure*, certificate of incorporation*, and business resolution*.

Requirements marked with an asterisk (*) are conditional and may be requested depending on the business structure.
